Beth – Director and Master Pilates Instructor

Beth originally started her career working within the Horse Racing Industry. After many years, and countless injuries, she pursued a career in Sports Therapy. Alongside this she found a keen interest in Pilates and Personal Training, and her mission is to be able to provide people with all the necessary tools to reach their goals.

Beth has also previously worked with Ponteland Rugby Club for 5 years managing injuries both on and off the pitch and now resides at Novocastrians RFC as 1st Team Therapist. She has also had the opportunity to work with elite athletes in basketball, athletics, and rugby. Her background in sports specific injuries and rehabilitation has provided her with an extensive knowledge base to help all levels of levels.

Having qualified in Pilates instruction, exercise rehabilitation features strongly alongside manual therapy in her clinical treatment approach. Key areas of interest include lower back and pelvic pain, post-surgery rehabilitation, and first and foremost health and wellness. Beth also has a keen interest in CrossFit which is where you will find her most! She always finds time to fit in her weight training alongside her own Pilates practice, while leading a healthy and balanced active lifestyle.

Ryan – Pilates Instructor and Sports Therapist in Training

Ryan is currently in his 3rd year studying sports exercise and rehabilitation and has thus far worked in a variety of environments to adapt his knowledge health, fitness and rehabilitation; from working with Newcastle Thunders, to providing quality sports massage and rehabilitation at the great north run for the past 3 years, Ryan has gained invaluable knowledge on how to best treat clients and provide a professional quality of service.

His extensive background in dance and fitness has led him to follow a passion for Pilates, applying his knowledge and experience of sports injuries and how the body works to provide exercises and classes which can be both affective and challenging to push clients to new levels, whether they are recovering from an injury, or wanting to achieve a new level of bodily control and fitness.
Ryan brings a positive and enthusiastic energy to the team and is always ready to help clients in nay way he can!

Imogen – Pilates and Barre Instructor

Imogen was first introduced to the benefits of Pilates during her professional dance training at London Studio Centre. After graduating with a First Class BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance she decided to pursue her passion for Pilates and become an instructor.
 
Her background in dance means Imogen is a stickler for technique! Her classes are hands on and designed to help participants perform exercises with precision and control. She believes that Pilates is the key to a strong and balanced body and wishes for everyone to experience the benefits!
