Terms and Conditions

All services purchased from Infinite Pilates Limited will be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a health assessment form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time.

Infinite Pilates Limited will compensate for any loss or damage suffered if we fail to carry out our obligations under this agreement, or to a reasonable standard, or breach any duties imposed on us by law unless that failure is attributable to:

(i) your own fault;

(ii) a third party unconnected with our provision of services under this agreement; or

(iii) events which neither we nor our suppliers could have foreseen or forestalled even if we had taken all reasonable care.

Any lost property handed-in will be retained by staff and should be claimed within a 3 week period.

If we terminate your agreement for any serious reason we reserve the right to retain a proportion of the money which you have paid to us under this agreement to cover any reasonable costs that we have incurred as a result.

As a customer you agree to comply with the rules of the studio relating to opening hours, use of the facilities and conduct. We may make reasonable changes to these rules at any time provided we give advance notice of the changes.

Details of the Studio’s current opening hours and facilities are displayed at the Studio and on our website. We may sometimes need to change opening hours, the schedule of classes or facilities available. If we need to do this we will, where reasonably possible, display notices and/or update our website notifying you of the change at least 2 weeks beforehand. If we make significant changes to the opening hours or facilities available, you can cancel your agreement and we will refund you for any part of your fee for the period since the change was in force.

To register or purchase from the Infinite Pilates Limited online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Return/Refund Policy

As we truly believe in what we do, and the impact this can have on the lives of our clients, we include a 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee in all of our memberships when you first sign up. If you sign up for one of our Packages and, after using it (see ** below for timescales) decide for any reason that its’ not for you, we will simply refund all of your money. *T&C’s apply

  1. Requests for a full refund must be received in writing, either by email or hand delivered to the studio.
  2. Requests must be received by close of business no later than deadlines shown below.
  3. All requests for a refund after that deadline will not be considered.
  4. After this time, please refer to our Cancellation policy as set out in our Return/Refund Policy below

Money Back Guarantee Deadlines

Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy 

  1. In respect of packages, once the Money Back Guarantee Deadline has passed, no refunds will be given. In exceptional circumstances such as a critical medical health condition or forced relocation outside of the Newcastle area, a refund may be considered and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
  2. For Monthly Packages, notice of your intention to cancel any Monthly subscriptions must be received in writing no later than 30 days before your next payment is due for memberships to be cancelled at the end of that month.

Class / Session Cancellation Policy

Session Cancellation

24 hours notice is required for cancellation sessions paid for as part of a package. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended. 

Medical Cancellation

Cancellation is permitted where a client is not able to participate in a single session for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the client was not permitted to participate is required within 7days of missed session and, upon receipt, a credit for a make-up session will be issued.

Privacy Policy

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. Infinite Pilates Limited will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.

The Infinite Pilates Limited website uses security and safeguard measures to protect users’ information. One such measure is our use of Pay Safe, to ensure that your credit/Debit card will be protected against fraudulent use while on our site.

Information collected by Infinite Pilates Limited about its users is used internally by authorised employees of Infinite Pilates Limited for following reasons: To process payment, register you in the program of your choice, update you when required of any possible changes of the planned services at Infinite Pilates Limited, determination of those areas, features, and services that are valued the most and found most helpful. Also, we collect information to determine the appropriate participation in the activities and services provided at the Infinite Pilates Limited and on our site.

Studio Etiquette

Thank you for being considerate to the rest of the class by:

Cancelling or rescheduling classes at least 24 hours in advance so someone else may attend if you can’t.

Arriving in good time (10-15mins before class starts), for safety and to avoid disturbing the class. You will not be able to join the class once it has started. Doors open 15 mins before the advertised start time unless there is a class directly beforehand.

Remembering to check-in at Front Desk, even if you have booked in advance.

Talking to the teacher if you have any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries or if there is anything else you think they need to know.

Cleaning down your mat down at the end of class with the wipes provided in the studio.

Valuables can be stored in the lockers provided, be sure to turn mobile phones on silent. (Please note you may not withhold a locker for your personal use)
