Our Small Group Training classes are designed for those who want to get their energy back and feel confident about themselves in a private friendly facility instead of a large commercial gym.
Group Training is a balance between fun and sociable classes and that one to one personal training feel. The classes are limited to 6 individuals of all fitness levels, so time can be spent with each client and exercises provided will be catered to your needs and experiences.
Classes are 3 x per week on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30am
